Confirmed: Citi Prestige Open for Applications in Jan 2019 + New Benefits
This morning we reported on a rumor that Citi was bringing in a set of new benefits to the Prestige card, however the details were somewhat vague. But, now we have confirmation that most of these are true. The card will be opened up to new applicants again sometime in January 2019 and will feature the following benefits.

Today US Credit Card Guide reported some of their readers saying they had talked with Citi Prestige reps on the phone and were told some new benefits are coming to the card. Here are the rumored benefits:
Citi ThankYou Premier 60k Bonus Extended
We reported recently on the 60k sign up bonus on the Citi ThankYou Premier card ending on Ocotober 11th 2018. This was the official end date for the offer, but it seems now Citi has extended that offer, with no end date currently listed on their website.
Is there a New Citi Premium Credit Card Coming Out?
Citi recently stopped taking new applications for the popular Citi Prestige credit card, although has said in a statement that they “remain committed to the Prestige product and servicing our valued existing card members. We look forward to reintroducing the card for new card members in the near future.”
